Return Policy

THE ICONIC CHAIR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR ADJUST ANY ORDERS PLACED DUE TO INCORRECT STOCK, PRICING AND/OR INCORRECT SHIPPING COSTS.


Returns/Exchanges

We will accept merchandise for return and/or exchanges only within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in original condition along with original materials, accessories, and packaging. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. However, customer is responsible for returning item on their own at their own cost. Please contact our customer service representative at 916-388-0188 for return authorization. Any returns/exchanges without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once item is returned and inspected, we will provide customer with a refund within 5 business days.


Cancellation while in transit or Refusal of Delivery

If customer cancels order while item(s) are in transit, customer will be responsible for ALL shipping cost incurred to return item back to our warehouse.  (Although we provide free shipping, there are actual cost of shipping incurred, therefore customer will be responsible for the TO and FROM shipping charges in the cases of cancellation while in transit or Refusal of Delivery)


Damaged or Defective Merchandise

At the time of delivery, customer is responsible for inspecting item before signing delivery receipt. If the product is damaged or packaging is damage, please notate damages on delivery receipt before accepting and signing for item. If time does not permit for inspection, please notate "damages - subject to inspection" on delivery receipt. Please notify us of damages within 24 hours and provide detailed photos. We will verify all information and provide you with a resolution. Please do not dispose of item or any packaging material.

If merchandise is defective, notify The Iconic Chair within 24 hours and retain all original materials, accessories, and packaging. We will provide you with a resolution as soon as possible. Failure to retain ALL original materials, accessories, and packaging may cause delays and/or denial of damage claim.
